My name is Misty Maddux and I’m FieldLocate’s new Director of Training. In my new role, I am responsible for developing and improving FieldLocate’s online customer training sessions. I’m also responsible for training all new FieldLocate hires including all engineers, onboarding, support, and sales representatives. I encourage you to take advantage of our customer training sessions, as they are complimentary for all FieldLocate customers.
Before I took on this new role, I had the pleasure of working as a customer support representative before moving onto onboarding, where I assisted new customers through the implementation process.
I’m really excited about this position because I love training both customers and FieldLocate team members and watching them develop and evolve. The job is challenging and rewarding at the same time, which always keeps things interesting. I feel like I am in a position that positively impacts our customers and help take our customer service to the next level.
