Universal Price Book from the Office to the Field
FieldLocate’s price book feature helps you create and maintain a price book that’s available to your service team in the field. Everyone in the company has the same version of the pricing, including coupons and discount options. If pricing is changed, the price book will automatically be updated company-wide.
In the office, you can easily click and edit part information including the vendor name and ID, manufacturer part ID description, cost, and bin number. Search the price book by part name, ID or description for quick reference. Line items in estimates and invoices come directly from the price book.
When completing work orders in the field, technicians can create accurate estimates quickly by adding items directly from the price book. This feature is a huge time saver since the items and services are pre-loaded with the most up-to-date pricing, which eliminates any confusion or discrepancies with the office price book.
