Work Order Management from End to End
FieldLocate handles work orders from the first phone call to the customer’s signature
FieldLocate’s Work Order Management system lets you provide work estimates to the customer immediately in the field or from your office. With integrated access to your price book, field or office workers can create and complete invoices for service calls quickly and accurately. This eliminates confusing calls and increases accountability between estimates and work performed.
Field workers can show a customer the flat rate price for a job, and also add different services or parts with customer approval. When that work is performed, technicians can open the estimate and turn it into an invoice. Field workers can accept payment in the field using mobile payment or email the invoice if requested. By controlling estimates and invoices from the field, technicians are billing for work they have actually performed and there is no double entry of data back in the office.
Through the tablet app, technicians can upload any editable PDF, attach it to an appointment, customer, or equipment and make filled out copies of the PDF available back in the office. Dispatchers are able to view the invoice, edit line items, add discounts, resend the invoice, and add recommended work that the customer should have done - all of which can be sent to the customer via email.
Digital Price Book
FieldLocate’s price book feature helps you create and maintain a price book that’s available to your service team. If you change your pricing, everyone in the company has the same version of the pricing, including coupons and discounts. When completing work orders in the field, technicians can create accurate estimates quickly by selecting items directly from the price book.
Note: If you currently use Callahan Roach, Profit Strategies and other third party flat rate pricing, the price book can be imported into FieldLocate, eliminating the need for physical copies of your pricing.
