Create Estimates On Your Mobile Device
Technicians and office workers alike can quickly and accurately create estimates with integrated access to your price book. This functionality increases accountability between estimates and work performed and eliminates confusing calls between customers and the office.
Eliminate Paperwork in the Field and Office
Using a mobile device (smart phone or tablet) field workers can create estimates in the field, get sign off from the customer on accepted recommendations, and convert approved estimates into invoices or unscheduled appointments. They can also retain any declined recommendations for later use during down sales times.
Once clocked into a job, the technician can create a work order by selecting service or parts from the Price Book. The customer can approve or deny any work order item and sign the estimate directly on the mobile device.
Once the estimate is accepted, the technician has the option to email the estimate to the customer or create directly into an invoice once the work is performed.
The process is completely paperless and you no longer have to worry about losing paper invoices since all estimates are saved in FieldLocate. Work estimates are saved in the customer history and can be pulled by report during down sales times to generate additional revenue.
